chess
This ancient game of strategy has stood the test of time and spawned hundreds of variants. Many a game has been developed in response to chess, but none has quite managed to top it in staying power and global reach.
Join me in an ongoing exploration of the process of becoming a better chess player. Each week I share my notes on an opening, position, or tactic. When I'm able to these notes will be fully formatted and filled with resources and even short lessons. At other times my notes will consist of a few small comments and study questions. These notes will develop over time in concert with my 2025 Chess Schedule.
